The 'GelatoSI Professional' line is a line of both classic and vegan ready-to use bases, created with selected and natural ingredients, NO additives, colourings or flavourings are used. Our bases also contain Superfoods to further enhance the nutritional aspect of the ice cream.
Using the GelatoSI Professional line is very simple and anyone, even a neophyte in the industry, of any nationality, with our basis, can immediately prepare excellent Italian artisan gelato and open a successful gelato parlour in no time.
The GelatoSI Professional line consists of 4 lines: the classic line, the vegan line, the alcoholic line and the gourmet line. In total there are 15 bases and with these 15 bases you can create infinite ice cream flavours, the limit is only dictated by your imagination.
The bases are in powder form and are sold perfectly mixed in 10kg boxes containing two 5kg bags each.
The bases are very versatile and can be used to make both Italian artisan ice cream and soft ice cream, as well as home-made ice cream and, with a few small modifications, even industrial ice cream in tubs, cones, stick ice cream, etc. ....

Fior di panna ice cream basis
The fior di panna ice cream basis, is the most versatile base in the GelatoSI Professional line; with it you can make countless flavours including:

Yoghurt ice cream basis
With our yoghurt base, you can create countless yoghurt or Greek yoghurt flavours. You can adjust the intensity of the taste yourself and the result will be excellent and highly satisfying for your customers.
Frozen yoghurt basis
This base is ideal for all yogurt shops that want to offer their customers an all-natural frozen yoghurt with a very intense taste.
The base adapts perfectly to any type of equipment.
Marrons glacé ice cream basis
With this specific base, you will make exceptional marron glacé ice creams that will delight your most demanding customers.
Dried fruit ice cream basis
